By signing up for a tour with O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours (OCT) you are agreeing to these tour conditions. Please read the document carefully before making your tour request.

TOUR PRICE GUARANTEE

All tour prices are subject to change without notice due to the season, unpredictability of the currency rates and changing trip costs. However, your price of the tour you have selected will be locked and guaranteed the moment the deposit is received. Please see the website, Osullivanscourthousetours.com for our current tour costs.

Included in the price of the tours:
9 nights hotel accommodations
9 breakfasts
3 group dinners
2 group lunches
Local guides, musicians, historians as appropriate
All group activity entrance fees
Luxury coach
Pickup in Dublin City centre (exact location to be determined)
Transportation from last hotel to Shannon Airport

What is NOT included in the tour price:
AIR FARE
Travel Insurance
Pre- tour and post-tour accommodations
Optional activities during tour
Independent travel during tour
Any transportation outside of tour dates
Any transportation outside of designated tour pickup or drop off locations

Ireland is full of surprises. It’s important that we all are flexible enough to take advantage of whatever opportunities may come our way, so we can provide you with the best possible tour. Also, all activities are subject to change due to weather conditions or other unpredictable factors.

Tour Payments
To reserve a seat you must agree to these tour conditions and provide us with a deposit.
We take all major credit cards.
We also accept personal checks, bank drafts, money orders made payable to Saundra O’Sullivan

A second payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due no later than 6 months prior to tour start date.

Your final payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to tour start date.

Your final payment due will be on your initial letter and your tour invoice.

Missing your final payment deadline may result in your losing your tour seat.

If a payment is returned for any reason as unpaid we will assess a $35 returned item fee per occurrence. This fee will be added to the applicable tour balance and must be paid in full with the final payment.

Single Supplements (if you wish to guarantee a private room)
Hotels offer a very limited number of single rooms for an additional fee. Therefore, if you want to be guaranteed a private room throughout the tour there is an additional charge of $500, which will be added on to the total of your tour price. If a private room is not available when we receive your tour order, we will contact you immediately, and you will have the option to cancel your tour reservation. Please note a single supplement guarantees a private room and not a larger or upgraded room.
Note: if you are traveling alone and there is an opportunity and you are willing to share a room with another person traveling on their own of the same sex, then you will not be charged a single supplement fee.

Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel your tour 6 months or more before the start date, we will give you a full refund less a $250 per person processing fee.
For cancellation requests made less than 6 months prior to departure, there is a full refund less the $250 per person processing fee ONLY if your place on the tour can be filled. If your tour seat cannot be filled, we will give you a %50 refund.

For cancellation requests made less than 5 months from departure, a %50 refund will be given only if your tour seat can be filled. If your place cannot be filled, then there will be no refund.

Transferring to another tour date
Plans change sometimes we realize this.
Up to 6 months prior to your tour’s departure date you can change to an alternate tour
In the same calendar year with seats available, applying your existing deposit with no transfer fee. If you transfer to a different tour and the price of the tour you are transferring to is different, the new tour price is applied, and your tour balance will reflect that price in the subsequent payments. If a transfer request is made 5 months or less prior to departure we will be happy to make the transfer without fees only if your seat can be filled on the original tour.

Minimum Numbers for tours:
If a tour is not a GO due to the lack of confirmed seats or something unforeseen beyond our control were to occur, any amounts that have been paid towards a tour will be refunded to you in full. Or, you may choose to transfer to another tour with seats available. Once the transfer or the refund occurs O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours and all representatives have no other obligations to tour members on the cancelled trip, including any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations not made by O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours.

NOTE: There is a minimum number of guests that must confirm a seat on the tour before a tour officially is a GO. Therefore, we strongly suggest you wait for the email from the liaison for O’Sullivan Courthouse Tours before purchasing any additional excursions or confirming airline tickets.

Participation:
We have some amazing excursions and events planned for everyone. Our goal is for everyone participating to have a fun and memorable experience. But, sometimes participants on a tour can misbehave or do things that would compromise the safety, comfort, and/or convenience of other members on the tour. In those circumstances we have the exclusive right and discretion to expel someone from the tour at any time. Any travel expenses related to such an action will be solely the obligation of the expelled tour member.

Expectations of tour participants:
Our tours are active, and participant driven. The hotels we are staying in are of very high standard. Hotels in Ireland often do not have all the amenities American style hotels would have, everyone must understand this. There are a few guidelines we have in place to help ensure everyone has a good time.
• You must be able to carry or roll your own luggage on or over uneven surfaces from the bus to the hotel.
• All hotels do not have elevators, you may have to haul your own luggage up or down stairs to your own room.
• Please wear comfortable foot wear. You need to be able to be on your feet for 1-3 hours in some instances. (Remember all activities are optional) You will be walking on concrete that may be slippery if it is wet, and from time to time there will be stairs to manoeuvre. You will need to be able to hop on and off the bus. All participants need to be ready for all weather conditions.
• You will have free time throughout the tour, so it is important you are able to navigate small towns on your own. Maps will be provided.
• Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the bus or in the hotel. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. If there is any cost related to smoking in a hotel room that cost will be passed on to the irresponsible tour participant.
• Any damage or liability or expenses occurred at any facility visited or hotels we are lodging in will be passed on to the tour participant who is responsible for said damage.
• Luggage: Pack Light. Each tour member needs to be able to manoeuvre their own luggage from the bus and in and out of hotels. We suggest packing in 1 suitcase per person or 1 suitcase per couple. Please bear in mind the bus has limited luggage capacity.

NOTE: Ireland’s weather is very changeable and varied. Layering and comfort is key. Ireland is a very casual country so there is no real need to bring dressy clothing. Again, comfort is key. Ladies, while handbags are cute backpacks are practical. If you want to bring a small bag for going out, we suggest a small cross the body bag, so it allows your hands to be free.

Read carefully. This affects your legal rights. I (the party agreeing to these terms by reserving, purchasing, and/or participating in the tour) hereby waive any and all claims I may have now and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, its officers, agents, representatives, employees or tour guides for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in the tour due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, LLC, its staff, tour partners, or other participants, or death or injury as a result of war, civil unrest or epidemic. I further agree that if I violate this agreement and attempt to bring suit against any part of parties named herein, that I will be held responsible for attorney’s fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such action. I acknowledge that I can fully participate in this activity. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the activity, including but not limited to the risks as noted herein and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity. I am aware that the tour, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent, has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which include: physical exertion for which I may not be prepared and weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change. I accept all the inherent risks of the proposed tour and the possibility of personal injury, death or property damage or loss resulting there from. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the proposed form of tour is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my participation. I agree that if I suffer injury or illness O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, LLC or its staff can, at my cost, arrange any medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as it or they deem necessary for my health and safety. I understand that O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, LLC will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with an injury I may sustain. I also understand that I am responsible for any damage I cause to the employees. Further, I agree at all times during the tour, to abide by and comply with any additional instructions given by my tour guide or any other O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, LLC staff and I accept that non-compliance may result in injury, death or permanent disability. I understand that non-compliance may result in my removal from the tour. As a participant on the tour, I accept full responsibility for my behavior, well-being, and health throughout the tour, which may involve a variety of activities, unfamiliar locations, and modes of travel. I agree to hold neither O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, LLC, nor its staff liable in any way should any harm come to me. I acknowledge and understand the dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol, agree that I am solely responsible for removing myself from participation in the tour if at any time I feel unable to complete or participate the tour or an activity within the tour. I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releases from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that may incur due to my participation in said activity, or not, whether caused by negligence of O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, LLC or otherwise. In agreeing to this Waiver and Release, I am not relying on any oral, written nor visual representations or statements by O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours, LLC or its staff or any other inducement or coercion to go on the tour. I confirm that, by my own free will, I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this tour and Wavier and Release and agree that this Waiver and Release will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors. I agree to grant the sponsors of this tour to a worldwide, royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes. By purchasing the tour, I affirm that I have fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, Waiver and Release of Liability.
